Bimi Boo Kids, Inc. (“Bimi Boo,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) has a thirty (30) day return policy (our “Return Policy”) which means you (“you” or “your”) have thirty (30) days after the date of your item’s purchase to initiate the process to return an item for an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit to us the receipt or other proof of purchase when making a return request.
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com with the subject line “Return Request.” If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Bimi Boo without first receiving return approval will not be processed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect your item and determine if we may provide the requested exchange or refund. We will notify you of our determination as quickly as possible. Please be patient and allow us time to process your return.

If you are seeking a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and determined if your refund request may be approved. If your refund request is approved, a monetary refund will be issued to your payment method originally used to make your purchase. Bimi Boo is not responsible for the time required by your bank or card issuer to process refunds, which may take between five to fifteen (5-15) days.
Damage and other issues
Please inspect any order received from Bimi Boo immediatey upon receipt, and contact us immediately if you believe that your item is defective, damaged, or different than what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom products, such as special orders, bundled items, personalized items or personal care goods, are not eligible for return. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a question about whether your item fits into one of these categories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are seeking to exchange an item for the same item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, request a refund, and, once you receive notice of your refund, make a separate purchase for a new item.
